Cancellation / Booking Policy
FLUTTERPADS TERMS & CONDITIONS:
* All payments must be made through SQUARE, which is our electronic payment system.

* All payments must be made on or before the specified due date. You will automatically receive Invoices through email.

* Non-Payment or payment method failure may result in automatic cancellation of bookings placed. Please address any payment issues immediately with us.

* All requests for booking term modifications and/or extensions must be submitted to FlutterPads at least 7 calendar days prior to the booking dates that are subject to being modified or extended.

* Extensions and modifications are subject to availability of the property, thus FlutterPads cannot guarantee that the extension/modification request can be executed.

* Maximum length of stay per booking made is 90 days or 3 months, whichever is greater.

* One additional follow-on booking can be made for another term of 60 days or 2 months, whichever is greater. If you need lodging beyond the 150 days maximum, please contact FlutterPads to explore what alternate accommodations are available.

* Each booking session, whether the initial booking or an extension, is processed as a separate booking session that is subject to prevailing market rates present at the time of the booking, and subject to availability of the property unit.
